A drug-related murder occurs at a club in Roppongi. A customer stabs a waiter after overdosing on cocaine, and then dies himself. The person who sold the drugs to this customer was Umezawa Kyonosuke, a former popular child actor whose life took a downward turn, leading him to become a drug dealer. As usual, Umezawa is packaging narcotics with his associates in an apartment when narcotics agents (commonly known as “Matori”) suddenly raid the place! Umezawa narrowly escapes the scene, but is soon caught by Kurosaki Toru, a man with an abnormally obsessive fixation on drugs who is pursuing the case.
